DataOlllo is a digital software product. Because the product is delivered electronically and instant access is granted after purchase, all sales are generally final.

Refunds may be granted in limited cases, including:
- If the software cannot be activated and support cannot resolve the issue.
- If a duplicate purchase was made by mistake.
- If the license is permanently returned and deactivated.

To be eligible for a refund, the license must be returned and permanently disabled. Once a license is returned, access to the software is immediately terminated.

Subscription refunds:
- Monthly plans are generally non-refundable.
- Annual plans may be partially refunded based on unused time, at our discretion.

All payments and refunds are processed by Dodo Payments or Stripe, our authorized Merchant of Record. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Processing time for refund requests is typically 3–5 business days.

This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
