Agreement to Terms By downloading, installing, subscribing to, or using DataOlllo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the software. ⸻ 2. Description of the Service DataOlllo is a desktop data-analysis workflow tool with an optional AI Assistant that can process structured data, metadata, masked data samples, or user-provided content. The software is provided on a subscription basis, managed through Dodo Payments, our official payment and subscription processor. ⸻ 3. Subscription, Billing, and Licensing 3.1 Subscription Plans DataOlllo offers the following subscription options: • Monthly subscription • Annual subscription Prices may be updated from time to time. Any price change will be communicated to you in advance. 3.2 Billing Processor All payments, renewals, cancellations, and invoices are handled securely by Dodo Payments. Dodo Payments acts as the “Merchant of Record,” responsible for: • Payment processing • Tax collection • Refund administration • Billing notifications Your billing relationship is therefore between you and Dodo Payments. 3.3 Auto-Renewal Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before renewal. 3.4 Cancellation You may cancel anytime via: • Dodo Payments’s customer portal, or • The Dodo Payments links in your invoice emails When canceled: • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. • No further charges will occur. 3.5 Refunds Refund requests must be submitted to Dodo Payments, according to Dodo Payments’s refund policy. We may assist in validating certain claims but do not issue refunds directly. 3.6 License Activation After purchase, users receive a license key or similar activation token. Users must keep license keys confidential. We may deactivate licenses if: • Payment fails • Subscription is canceled or expired • Fraudulent activity is detected ⸻ 4. Software Usage Rights 4.1 Personal or Business Use Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use DataOlllo for lawful data-analysis purposes. 4.2 Restrictions Users may not: • Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the software • Share, resell, rent, or distribute the software or license keys • Use the software for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes • Attempt to bypass licensing or activation mechanisms 4.3 Intellectual Property All rights in DataOlllo belong to dataolllo.com. Third-party open-source components are used under their respective licenses, listed inside the application. ⸻ 5. AI Assistant Usage 5.1 Data Processing The AI assistant operates locally and/or via external AI models. To provide intelligent suggestions, it may process: • Metadata • Masked samples • Small anonymized fragments of data • User-provided queries or instructions By using the assistant, you agree that such limited and masked data may be processed by AI models. 5.2 Your Responsibilities You are responsible for ensuring that: • You have the rights to process the data you load into DataOlllo • You do not send personally identifiable or sensitive data to the AI assistant unless you ensure it is anonymized or masked • Your usage complies with all applicable laws and policies 5.3 AI Output Disclaimer AI-generated output may be: • Incorrect • Incomplete • Harmful or inappropriate in rare cases We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy of AI output. You are responsible for reviewing results before use. ⸻ 6. Data and Privacy Your privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy (https://dataolllo.com/privacy). By using DataOlllo, you agree to that policy. Key points: • We minimize data collection • Dodo Payments, Supabase or Stripe handles all payment info • Only metadata or masked samples are processed by AI models • We do not sell or share user-identifiable data ⸻ 7. Termination We may suspend or terminate your license if: • You breach these Terms • Fraud is detected • Your subscription expires or is canceled Upon termination: • You must stop using DataOlllo • The license key becomes invalid ⸻ 8. Updates and Changes We may update DataOlllo occasionally. Updates may include bug fixes, improvements, or new features. We may update these Terms at any time. We do not guarantee: • Error-free operation • Compatibility with all datasets or systems • Accuracy of AI outputs To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim liability for: • Loss of data • Damages from misuse • Incorrect AI-generated results • Third-party services ⸻ 10.
